We seek to ensure our customers maximize the value they achieve from implementing Active Risk Manager in their business. While the initial deployment may be for a single risk vertical or for a single department, we work with our customers to ensure that both the initial deployment and the future proofing on their investment is successful and protected.

Our Implementation team provides expert services in support of the effective implementation and deployment of both an organization's risk process and the STG software.

We recognize that not all customers have their own project management methodologies we can provide you with our own implementation methodology, as well as work with you to integrate with your own processes. Customers can be comfortable from the very start of the project. Our job is to provide our sponsors with the confidence required to undertake a major IT implementation. This confidence rests with the fact that we have done this hundreds of times before and we have already worked through all the questions and have the answers to ensure that the project to be successful.

Our methodology covers all aspects of the project from the Project Definition where objectives, scope, project organization, project controls, reporting and escalation is defined and communication, through to details about data migration, the handling of any custom enhancement requirements and indeed the migration of the implementation phase of the project to the production support phase.

STG provides services aimed at ensuring the success of the ongoing process or system roll-out. These services involve an incremental building of capability within an business and seek to embed risk management operations throughout the people, the process and the organization. Services cover the transfer of knowledge and mitigation of barriers arising which could prevent effective deployment, whist ensuring that the practice of risk management is not a burden to the team.
